We entered the Mt Vic Bike Jam this morning. It was a heap of fun ! Daddy biked with Josh - it started off testing their skills on a ramp and obstacle course which Josh loved, then one fast circuit of the banked oval track of the velodrome and then out into the town belt where they raced through tracks, scrub and trees. It took Josh 34 minutes to complete the course. We had entered Josh in the 7-10 year old group so he was up against some rather experienced riders, but did very well. Everyone was awarded a gold medal as they came across the finish line. a great morning !
