Josh came home this afternoon with a certificate from his teacher, Mrs Bell. Josh has never had much confidence in writing stories ... he says he has all the ideas in his head but putting it down on paper can be hard. Just quietly ... I am sure that being left-handed doesn't help ... you have to push the pencil rather than pull it and Josh seems to hold his pencil with a very tight grip and so he fatigues quickly. But today he had a break-through. According to Josh, he managed to write one-and-a-half stories in the time allocated!
As the certificate says ... OUTSTANDING !
