Sylvia's Church in Miranda

A trip north would not be complete without a visit to our friend Sylvia. Sylv purchased a little old quaint church in Miranda some years back and has been slowly renovating and converting it into a most sumptuous home. Sylvia is well known nationally for her interior design skill and flair and it was just gorgeous having the opportunity to see what she has done so far. Sincerely, she has such talent that when you walk into some of her rooms, you literally stand there and what you see and the ambience you feel can take your breath away. We had a special 2 days with her and Josh loved exploring the grounds and seeing all her collectables and hearing the tales behind each piece (Sylv is such an entertainer and always has some very amusing stories) - and then the highlight was when Sylv took Josh out to get the fresh eggs from the chickens and taught him how to make scrambled eggs for breakfast ! He loved making them but .... sadly hasn't quite acquired a taste for eggs, or more so the texture !! But hey, we loved them !
