The school disco ! Josh was very excited and he and Daddy were practising their 'moves' after breakfast this morning in anticipation ! We started off by taking a wee bunch of flowers to Georgia after school and having a playdate and some dinner before the dance.Well, the school hall was decked out with strobe lights, a real-live DJ, snacks & drinks to buy and also the glow sticks which were a huge hit as wristlets or necklets. The girls danced; the boys did a little bit of dancing but loved to run around and then slide on the floor (we do hope that changes in years to come!).
When Mummy asked if Josh would like to have a dance with her, he said "I am going to dance with Mrs Whitehead" - they certainly love their teacher. Josh also told me that Mrs Whitehead calls the boys in the class her "little spunkeroos" - well who would not adore Mrs Whitehead !!
