Back to School ... our big Year 3 boy

After nearly 9 weeks of glorious holidays ... school started back today. It was amazing to see Joshua in his school uniform again (we even had to move a button or two to accommodate how much he had grown over the holidays!). Josh is our big Year 3 boy this year and he gets to sit at his own desk for the very first time! And from all accounts Josh had a good first day but his words that evening as his head hit the pillow spoke volumes ... "Mummy, how many more weeks before school holidays again?". Mmm, I think it may take a wee while to settle back into the routine!

Mrs Bell sent Joshua a postcard just before school started ... it certainly made him feel very special

Yes, this year all the boys have their own individual desks rather than sitting at tables of 4!
