On from England ... to TURKEY

No sooner had we recovered from our flight to England and we took to the skies again and flew to Turkey. We got off the plane to be 'hit' with a wave of very humid temperatures of around 30 degrees - and that heat would stay with us for the next 2 weeks - bliss !

For our first 5 days we treated ourselves to a Club Med experience at Palmiye-Bodrum on the Mediterranean coast. What an experience .... everything you could imagine you would want on holiday is simply there, at your finger-tips, and you are literally waited on from when you get up to when you go to bed. For all your parents out there, I highly recommend this sort of holiday ! Josh loved it and surprised us by spending 2 half-days at Mini Club Med - the kiddies club - where he befriended Miranda from Canada. These 2 just 'jelled' and were like peas in a pod. Miranda introduced us to finding our 'giggle' and laughter buttons and the 2 of them were wonderful together.

We spent our 5 days ... eating, supping cocktails by the pool, swimming in a selection of 5 different pools - or the ocean, archery, tennis, the trapeze/flying wire at the circus, the gym, day spa, Turkish bath house, - or simply lounging around reading a book. Let;'s not forget the shows that the GO's (General Officers) put on every night which were 5-star !! Mummy could feel all the stress dripping out of her !!

A few photos of our Club Med experience ... you can clearly see that Josh was in his element and our time there only proved, very clearly, that Josh is definitely loves all sport and the outdoors.
