Dig it in Daddy

Daddy entered the Scorching Bay Triathlon this morning. At 7am he plunged into the harbour (yes it was absolutely freezing but at least this time he had managed to borrow a wetsuit so will not be remembered as "that idiot who swam in his togs" like last time)!! We managed to join up with him on his bike ride, as support crew in a lovely warm car, calling out all sorts of things from the window .... "go hard Daddy" ... "dig it in Daddy" .... "keep going Daddy" - and Josh tried to even pass Daddy a lolly to give him some energy ! And then after the bike ride, a run straight into the wind but then fortunately a tail wind home and across the finish line. Go Daddy, we are proud of you !
