Yay, Maranui Cafe has re-opened

Maranui Cafe is our 'local'. It is above the surf club, right on the beach, and is the most amazing Cafe - great casual ambience, brilliant coffee and divine food - and it literally pumps all day, every day. It is so casual that you can literally come out of the waves in your swimsuit, throw on a t-shirt and shorts and feel very welcome there. Sadly they had a fire about 8 months ago and it has been closed for re-construction. Well, it finally re-opened at the beginning of the month - and the lovely thing is that it looks almost identical to what it was like before with the exception of a new acoustic ceiling and new overhead lights - but even the menu has stayed much the same !
