Rugby Sevens

Today marked the Mustang's first Sevens Tournament for the year and what a great time we had. Trentham Memorial Park was covered in all shades of golden autumn leaves and it was a glorious day with clear blue skies and brilliant sunshine. The Mustangs played three games in all - 7 minutes each side with a 1-minute break in the middle so the going was intense. We won 2 games and lost 1. All Mustangs played really well showing individual determination and supportive team play. It was great to see that they could all lift their pace and adapt to the intensity of the Sevens.
