Our Uncle Sam

As if owning 3 cafes in central Wellington is not enough ... Uncle Sam has just set up and opened Le Siesta, a Mexican cafe out in Upper Hutt. So tonight we went out to support him and have a meal. Wow, the place looks fantastic, the meal was very tasty and we truly hope that it does well for him, he certainly deserves it.

Josh has a real soft spot for 'Uncle' Sam as he has known Josh from 39 days old and has really put into developing a special relationship with him. Josh will find any excuse to go and see Uncle Sam !
